The theme has the following changes:
1. Dark inactive borders.
2. Thin white frame/border arround the windows.
3. White Glow in the topborder behind/arround the black text.
4. RP and Windows 7 style like minimize, maximize and red close button etc.
5. Inactive windows like Control Panel, now has more white Glow than the RP themes.
6. Black text in ThumbnailLivePreview changed to white.
